Message Cleanup в Android Market

Message Cleanup (v. 1.7)

Helps delete old sms messages.

Speeds up unresponsive messaging applications.

Can delete messages over a certain age, keep a set number of recent or trim threads to a set size.

Auto cleanup deletes a SINGLE sms matching criteria when a NEW sms arrives. (Auto cleanup is not compatible with all devices unfortunately)

Click wrench to configure.

Notes:
Does not delete messages stored in the "deleted" folder on some devices.
Locked SMS messages are deleted.
MMS messages are not deleted (only SMS).

Works as advertised Works on my HTC evo 4g. Never crashes, and works correctly. Bought this app ages ago because it works and still does to this day. It's only slow to delete because it hasta delete the catalogged data. For me over 10823 texts and 600+ some picture messages

Didn't erease anything The app sounds great, has a good user interface. It said how many sms would be deleted, but didn't actually delete anything. So it was a waste of time and money.

Does what it says, but comparatively slow I bought this specifically for the option to prune threads to a specific number of texts. That being said, on my Thunderbolt it runs MUCH slower than the free version of SMS Cleaner. Not enough to keep me from using it, but if I had to delete, say, >5000 messages, I'd definitely use SMS Cleaner as it's just faster.

Worth the 2.99 My phone was dragging something aweful and my texts were taking forever to send. I bought this app and cleared out my texts, now everything works better. The only complaint is the slowness of the app and u can't leave it running in the background while u do something else.

Somewhat slow , but great I had over 15,000 texts and my phone was running slow and telling me I was running out of space. It took almost 2 full days to get every thread to under 150 messages and my phone acted up a bit in the process , but it was well worth it as my phone is working so much faster and better now.
