This app is a Locale plug-in that allows you to set up a roaming condition. It can be activated when your phone is roaming or not roaming. It is NOT based on GPS, but rather carrier status. Useful when you travel abroad!
You will need to have Locale installed in order to use the plug-in (Not a stand-alone application, you MUST have Locale in order to use this)
