With Locale and the Airplane Mode Plug-in, your phone can automatically enable/disable Airplane Mode based on conditions.
Save battery power during the night! Or maybe just keep flight attendants happy!
This is a plug-in: it requires "Locale" from the Android Market.

[2011-11-13] Chris: Overpriced & Unreliable Try SETTING PROFILES Trial 0.99p just to access Airplane setting? Sadly I paid it! Even then it didn't work, often leaving wi-fi on at the same time - why?! Another plug-in for bloated, over-priced mess that is Locale. Have now uninstalled in favour of Setting Profiles. Good luck getting a refund from this developer. Avoid! |
