Run app while outside of a WIFI zone and enter the address into a web browser. If successful the web browser will display a web page.

some Service providers have a different APN address to bypass the firewall, do a search to try find it. But use that APN only when required to minimize risk.

The Live Phone Tracking/Logging App is still a powerful logger. Just retrieve the information when the phone is in a wifi area using any web browser.
