Light painting is a photographic technique in which exposures are made usually at night or in a darkened room by moving a hand-held light source. The term light painting also encompasses images lit from outside the frame with hand-held light sources.

You need a camera or program on your computer (if your using a webcam) that can actually capture a 'light painting' This app just colors your phones screen so that you may 'paint' with it whilst capturing your painting on the camera NOT your phone. |
