Kill This (v. 1.0) Разработано A-Droid |
The handiest task killer ever!
Kill any foreground application with a single tap on a sticky notification!
Full-screen apps? No problem! Press the home button, then use the sticky notification. "Kill This" will kill the most recent foreground app for you, even if you're on your Home already.
What could be easiest than this?
No rooting, just pure stock joy!
After downloading the application, just start it once and it'll install the sticky notification for you. (it also installs the notification automatically after reboot)
The notification is a nice little notification with stock looks. No vivid colors, just a handy little (x) icon.
Tested on Nexus One 2.3.3, G1 Cyanogen 6 and various emulators.
Please give me a good rating and send any bug reports / ideas / questions to adroid@ymail.com .

[2012-01-23] David: Perfect, amazing concept, total failed execution. As others said, doesn't really kill anything. Basically just closes ur window so it's running in the background instead of foreground. I wish this worked! |

[2011-07-27] Sissy: I wouldnt éven go on it just said somin like "kill this notification has now been installed " its terrible |
|
[2011-06-13] Sandor: Mark: It is not possible to hide the icon while still having the notification displayed. Also, using an empty icon would still occupy the space. |
|
[2011-06-12] Mark: Works as well as force close only option missing is to disable icon in notification |

|
[2011-05-14] Mitchel: I dont think it works on Honeycomb I dont think this works on Honeycomb. The killer says that the app was killed, but it still appears when you press the history button on the OS. Im not giving this a 1star though as I cannot tell for sure if it is working for me... plus the idea is awesome. Better than a task killer. |
