Does not help if you already use best practices This app is really for folks who do not already manage their radio, internet connectivity, display settings, and CPU clock settings, etc manually and so prefer the phone do it via some presets. So if you are already managing these sort of things (much of which can be set on a rooted phone with Cyanogen mod), then Juice Defender Free has little more to offer (other than it can do it automatically). I will be uninstalling it to conserve the battery juice it actually uses up and continue to manage manually.
