iSMS2droid (iPhone SMS Import) (v. 0.9.3) Разработано Jan Grewe |
iSMS2droid converts all your iPhone's SMS for easy import into Android's SMS.
--- Instructions ---
Step 1) Copy your iPhone's SMS database on your Android phone's SD card (see http://faked.org/isms2droid/ for instructions on how to get the iPhone SMS database).
Step 2) Use iSMS2droid to load the iPhone SMS database, choose any or all converations, convert the database file.
Step 3) Use the App "SMS Backup & Restore" (free on the Market) to restore your iPhone's SMS from the generated XML file (saved to the folder "SMSBackupRestore" on your phone's SD card) into Android's SMS database.
Step 4) Leave a comment and/or rate this App, but please contact me before giving a negative rating if you experience any problems, i will try to fix them as quickly as possible, but for this i need to know about them first! =)

[2011-10-26] Dar2: works great... but.. i tried to restore one iphone with 1k sms - went smooth. The next day i tried another iphone with 4500 messages and it was crashing, so i started to restore by selection..It started to crash only on one contact - the rest went smooth. To accomplish my transfer, i did the online conversion and it worked perfect. The soft is a freeware so i give 4 stars :) - Thanks for the spent time working on this software |

[2011-10-11] CM: Ok, but... It managed to restore all the english sms (which is good), but all the chinese sms disappeared (which is terrible) ! It does not even show the square blocks (if decoded wrongly)... |

[2011-09-04] jqr: Unstable, crashed on a particular message Application kept crashing at the same point of the import. Suspect there's an SMS in the DB it does not know how to handle for whatever reason. In any case, there is no recovery so the app is completely useless to me. |
