Turns your phone into infrared remote control for your TV,STB or DVD, allowing you to control various Infrared devices from a distance. Uses and needs external Irdroid module.This app can't be used without Irdroid module.

Yesterday I got the module. The module comes in a nice carton box. I have tested on my Samsung TV both with Irdroid and Androlirc apps

App plus is that it is compatible with LIRC however I think that it should use a mechanism to generate the buttons not to have only 6 buttons shown.

I had some issues parsing a LIRC conf file, but now all OK I needed to restart the for the changes to take effect.

It could be brilliant if only ... Yes indeed, I would be BRILLIANT and FUNTASTIC, if it had a couple more devices listed on top of those Samsung :( - really disappointing. Where are the Sony, LG, etc., etc., etc., just look into an universal remote to see the size of possibilities. Maybe you could make small libs by brand.
