The Helpdesk Excuse Generator is a great tool to quickly find ideal excuses for nearly any IT support problem.
No support desk worker should leave their desk or answer a support call without it.
When you press the refresh button a new random phrase will be generated from the internal list of words.
The widget has 2 main buttons, one to refresh the phrase and randomly pick a new one and the other button will copy the current phrase to the clipboard so that you can easily paste into other applications such as SMS text messages or emails.
Most of the phrases relate to computers, hardware, software, Information Technology, networks and other related areas.
