Description

GV-AView is a free remote view application that allows you to access GV-System using Android version 2.2 ~ 4.0. GV- AView is only compatible with GV-System version 8.4.0.0 or above.

Note: GV-AView V1.2 only supports the connection to GV-System and GV-NVR. The new application GV-Eye will support the connection to GV-IP devices with Android mobile phones.

Exponentially worse with updates What happened to IP Cam View (VSS live view)? Or how about RTSP? Not everyone uses NVR/DVR's. RPB is not enough. I can't access anything now! Worse than the desktop app Man, and I thought the desktop app was bad.. This one suffers from poor screen resolution adjustments, vague icons that don't have a purpose, and more button pushes than should be necessary to connect to your system (which by the way wasn't working on my Atrix and I kept having to kill it). Save yourself some time and frustration and use IPCamView.

No ICS Support!? Leaves ALOT to be desired! Needs to be updated to support Ice Cream Sandwich. Currently, this app FC on SGS Vibrant running Android 4.0.3. As a vendor, reseller and technician of Geovision products, it is really frustrating having to explain why Geovision's app is the dumbest thing on their smart phones! Add support for audio, remote playback, ICS, etc. You need to start listening to what your customers want!!

Works on Asus Transformer Well it took a little fiddling on the server side with help from geovision. Found out that create jpegs must be on under the web server dialog. The web server must be unselected under network icon and then reselected for the dialog box to show up.

Pretty cool app, but buggy. Once connected you must stop app using appkill or application manager to reconnect. There should be an exit program menu.
