Like "Save my Attach", but more powerful, can save to any directory not only sdcard, don't need to rename file, can open and install software directly.

Main features:
1. Save Gmail attachment into specified directory with same attachment name;
Support rename attachment.
2. Open attachment directly.
3. Can save into any folder if is rooted phone. Like saving BusyBox into /system/bin, the software will help to get execute permission.
4. Can install apk directly from Gmail.
5. Support auto complete prompt for output folder during input.
6. Support history output folder by click History Button.
