PhoneBeagle is remotely configurable and so you do not need physical access to a phone after the software is initially installed and activated. The data that PhoneBeagle captures is encoded on the phone and then uploaded to a central database over an encrypted communication channel. The data is stored encoded in a database and it is not decoded until it is downloaded for viewing by the customer. At no point can our system administration engineers view the customer's private data.
