HappyChar lets you explore, copy, and decode Unicode characters. Copy individual characters or phrases to the clipboard for use in other applications. Features include:

✘What are these boxes?!
Boxes mean the current font does not have a glyph for a given character. Some fonts have many characters defined, some have just a few. Though not all fonts assign glyphs to every character, copy and pasting boxes will transfer the correct character data. Try selecting a different font from the Options menu or loading a True-Type font from your SD card. HappyChar now provides the option to skip and not display these characters when browsing.

※ Instructions ※
☞Clicking a character will append it to the clipboard sandbox at the bottom of the screen. Copy the sandbox to the clipboard by clicking the clipboard icon.

☞Long clicking a character will launch the character inspector which shows the byte order breakdown for the character in different unicode encodings.

☞Mark favorites by clicking the happy face in the character inspector. View your favorites by pressing MENU->Favorites.

☞View phrases by pressing MENU->Phrases. Enter new phrases by pressing the green Add button at the top of the screen. Phrases can be copied, edited, or deleted by pressing the utility buttons in each list item.

☞Click the top bar in between the left and right arrows to show the section list and jump to the any section of the unicode basic multilingual plane.

☞Any True-Type font may be loaded into HappyChar. Select Font from the MENU->Options page, and select “Scan SD Card” from the list to initiate a search for True-Type fonts in the SD Card. Fonts may be placed anywhere on the sd-card. To cancel the search press the BACK button.

✘Custom fonts are not available for desktop widgets to use at this time.
✘Desktop widgets are unavailable if installed to SD Card.

Is that open wifi really letting you access the web? Network Tester quickly validates you're connected to the real web (by downloading a very small dedicated file and checking its content). If the hotspot is actually redirecting you to a billing portal, you'll know instantly.

For troubleshooting any data connection, you can also validate hostname resolution and TCP connection.

And for statistics and fun sake, Network Tester lets you measure downlink speed on a 10K, 100K and 1M HTTP download.

*** How to Uninstall (Android2.2～) ***
1. Open setting of Android OS.
2. Select "Security->Select device adminstrators".
3. Disable permission of BetterSleep.
4. Uninstall BetterSleep normally.

This app detect the shaking of the device for prevent the sleep transition.

*When you put the device to bag or pocket, The device can sleep.

*When the device is in sleep, BetterSleep is paused and won't give the load to the device.

■Adjust a sensor
    This feature calibrate the sensor.

■Enable a sensor interval mode
    Scanning interval of the sensor is changed to a few seconds for the bettery.
    But I do not know whether it is effective.
    I think that this mode is hard to use. So I don't recommend.
    (I want to erase this....are you using this?)

■Sensitivity
    This feature adjusts for the sensitivity of the sensor manually.

■Use the proximity sensor
    If you have enabled this feature, When you put the device in the pocket, BetterSleep do not work.

■Only for several seconds after screen on
    If you think that a proximity sensor uses battery, please use this feature.
    This feature is for the device wake in the pocket,
    This feature allows a device to be sleep by enabling the proximity sensor for a period of time after screen on.
    You must enable "Use the proximity sensor", if you want to use this feature.

■Delay Keyguard
    This feature delay the device lock.

-- Tips --
If you set a longer delay keyguard time, the battery is consumed, because the CPU does not stop for the timer.

As every amateur astronomer knows, red light preserves dark-adapted night vision better than white light.   To help you read star charts, operate your telescope and simply walking around that star party you’ll need a handy red light to find your way.  Use when your main red flashlight isn’t handy—or runs out of battery.

Simply turn on the flashlight when dark-adapted conditions are required. NOTE: The screen itself is used as the flashlight, the color of the hardware LEDs cannot be changed unfortunately!

This application will allow you to follow your smoking day by day.

By "Clicking" each cigarette smoked, you will be able to see your total per day / week / month, your average consumption of tobacco for these periods, and the cost linked to your smoking habit.

Some graphs are available to keep track your consumption during the week and month, some others are there to show you history over the last 6 weeks / months.

This application is an OpenSource app in beta version, if you find some bugs, don't hesitate to send a mail at bug-cigarettecounter@eryos.fr ( in French or English please :) )

Charts are generated with Google Chart Api (code.google.com/apis/chart/), a network access is needed
