Shortroid (shortening URL) is simply to shorten the URL, the browser is an application extension. View the page you wanted to improve the browser and select "Sharing" → "shorten URL" is reduced automatically by selecting a URL. The "copy to clipboard" can be also copied to the clipboard by pressing the button, as it is possible to paste. You are using a URL shortening service from Google.

FAQ:
Q: Any way to get phone call audio through the dock?
A: Samsung does not provide a stock way to push the call audio through the dock.  There are some custom kernels that do allow for call audio through the dock.

Q: I am receiving ROM/kernel not supported with CM7.
A: The CM7 dev. group supporting the Samsung phone has decided not to incorporate the code needed to support this feature.  There are custom CM7 kernels that support dock sound.
