אפליקצית דקל למחירוני שיפוץ ושינויי דיירים

מחירון שיפוצים בדירות מגורים הינו מחירון מקוון לעלות ממוצעת של עבודות שיפוצים בבתי מגורים.
המחירים הינם לעבודות שיפוץ דירות בהיקף כולל של עד 150,000 ₪ (ללא מע"מ),בשתי דרגות מחיר:
עד 50,000 ₪
מעל 50,000 ₪ ועד 150,000 ש"ח - בהפחתה של 3% מהמחירים במחירון.
לעבודות שיפוץ דירות בהיקף מעל 150,000 ₪ ניתן לקבוע הנחה נוספת (לפי הסכם בין המזמין והקבלן), או לפנות לחוברת "מאגר מחירי שיפוצים ותחזוקה" בהוצאת חב' דקל.
מחירון שיפוצים דקל מאפשר לכל משתמש להכין אומדן משלו לעבודות השיפוץ, בהתאם לסעיפים שיבחר מתוך מאות הסעיפים הכלולים במחירון.

מחירון שינויי דיירים הינו מחירון מקוון לעלות מירבית של עבודות שינויים ותוספות, תוך כדי בניית דירה חדשה.

למי מיועד המחירון?
לרוכשי דירה:
לבדיקת העלויות שחוייבו על-ידי הקבלן, עבור התוספות והשינויים שיבוצעו על ידם בדירה, מעבר
לעבודות הכלולות בעלות הרכישה.
להכנת אומדן כספי מוקדם, לשינויים שברצונם לבצע בדירה.
טיפ לרוכשים דירה חדשה מקבלן: מחירון שינויי דיירים עדכני לתקופת הביצוע ימנע ויכוחים, מריבות ועוגמת נפש.
בקשו מהקבלן להוסיף להסכם הרכישה נספח שינויים ותוספות על פי מחירון שינויי דיירים של דקל.
לחברה משכנת/קבלן:
כנספח קבוע לחוזה רכישה של הדיירים, ולפיו יתומחרו השינויים שיבוצעו בדירה החדשה, על-ידי הקבלן המבצע.

Calculate difference between two dates or compute a new date by adding or subtracting days or weeks from a selected start date.  It's also a time zone and unixtime/timestamp converter.  Both conversions are supported, to unix timestamp and from unix timestamp.  Handy productivity tool for system administrators and frequent travellers.  It's the Swiss-army knife of date calculations.

Calculate:
- day of the week (pick a start date on any tab)
- past leap years, future leap years (via Difference tab)
- prescription renewal date (via Date Add tab)
- project deadline or projected end date (via Date Add tab)
- current/past/future time in another part of the world (via Timezone tab)
- convert a date to unix-time/unix epoch/timestamp (via Unixtime tab)
- convert unix timestamps back to human readable format (via Unixtime tab)
- how many seconds/days/weeks you've been alive (via Difference tab)
- how long until your next birthday (via Difference tab)
- how long until next vacation or holiday (via Difference tab)
- how many leap years in the next century (via Difference tab)

To check for Leap Years click on the Difference tab.
For starting date select any day in prior to year you want to check.
For ending date select any day following the year range you want to check.
Last line in the result screen will tell you if any years with leap days exist in the date range selected.
Example: To check if 2012 is a leap year select any day in 2011 as start date and any day in 2013 as end date.  Last line in the next screen will tell you if 2012 is a leap year.

TRIAL Limitations: Only fully functionable from 100-70 % battery.

DrainGuard should help you to watch the consumption in standby. Standby? The time between a ScreenOff and a ScreenOn. DrainGuard informs the user when turning the display on about the battery consumption. This is quite exact configurable, a 2-stage log file is provided if requested, when a too high drain occurs in standby the user is notified, some values can be displayed via minimalisticText widget.

The intelligence of DrainGuard - the special in it:
It would be easy to indicate "only" the difference between ScreenOff and On and would also be not very expressively.

A small example:
Take an average drain in standby of 1% / h.
if you dont use the phone for 5 hours -> 5% of battery consumption
If you use it now for 1h you get ex. +/-15% drain, in the next 1 hour of standby it DOES NOT use ONLY 1% as before, but approx. +/-3-4%. The battery needs apparently "to calm down" for some time again. Thats the 1st point of Drainguard. This "calming down" can be skipped.

Another problem of measurement are the short ScreenOn's. ex. "what's the time?" “have I missed a phone call / SMS?” or a short telephone call etc....
These short breaks would interrupt the measurement which would not be necessary. The 2nd point of DrainGuard: these short ScreenOn's can also be skipped.

The DrainGuard PRO Key app is available in market. Just install it and the TRIAL automatically becomes a FULL Version.

Please try the TRIAL version until you are sure, it works properly on your device!!.
