I'm aware that the character profile are broken currently. The problem is in NCSoft side.
They broke the data linked to the profile as you can see on their website if you do a character search. Sadly nothing I can do about until they fix it.

Aion has changed to Free to Play in Europe. As a side effect, the data needed for this app to work is not anymore available.

So please don't rate badly the app because of this. I'm aware of the problem and I'm trying to find a way to get the data until Gameforge releases its data !!
