Ping is a network utility program used to test if a remote (or local) host is running and can be connected to. It is also used to measure the round-trip delay (or latency) in communicating with the host and the rate of packet loss.

Features include:
- Choose number of times to ping or set continuous mode (keep pinging until stopped)
- A unique ping flood mode which provides a rapid visual display of packets sent and received and shows how quickly the host or server is responding
- Set interval between ICMP ping requests (as low as 0 seconds)
- Control the size of ICMP packets to send
- Set Time To Live (TTL) to control the number of hops the packet can go through
- Set timeout
- Options to disable to fragmentation of packets and allow pinging broadcast IP addresses
- Save and load hosts and IP addresses
- Email ping results

Ping Free supports both 3G and Wifi connections. Currently, only IPv4 is supported as IPv6 is not widely available on Android phones yet.

2.1.2 (30-08-2011) Its been a long time since last update but here it is :) I've fixed the weight conversions and also changed the ads so they are more smoother and also this app will now work even if you dont have internet/3G access.

2.1.1 (12-07-2011) A brand new look! Conversions are from list in stead of being displayed in the menu. Volume conversion now available to convert 7 new volumes. Ads are now uploaded to the app in stead of being fetched from the web which makes the app available to use off-line! New conversions for length and weight.

1.2.4 (09-07-2011) Higher quality of ads and also fixed the links on them.

1.2.3 (09-07-2011) Fixed the ads so it dosn't pop up with a message each time the ad changes.

1.2.2 (08-07-2011) Updated the ads so that they move in stead of still ads.

1.2.1 (29-06-2011) Change in name from "Kilometers to Miles Converter" to "Simple Converter". Cool update which includes 4 new convertions (farenheit to celsius + celsius to farenheit and also kilograms to pounds + pounds to kilograms) Had to add 1 ad to make some profit but the ad looks good and I might even try it :P I also did a small change in the version codes as they were a bit weird :)

1.1.3 (20-06-2011) - Removed the 2 ads (YAY :P) If you would like the ads to be removed for a long time than please rate this app 5/5 and post a positive comment.

1.1.2 (16-06-2011) - Added an automatic convertion when converting miles to kilometers then it changes it to meters and centimeters and when you change kilometers to miles it automaticly changes the result to yards and feet. Added 2 ads that are displayed on the bottom of the screen.
