Fire Calculator (v. 5.0) Разработано Hidden Paradise Inc |
This is a Friction Loss Calculator made by a firefighter. This calculator is quick and easy, as we say in the fire service “firefighter proof”. All you have to do is hit the calculate button and the calculator will highlight what is next. This was designed for fire ground hydraulic and quick calculation.
This is the first step in creating a truly dynamic fire calculator. If you have any input, comment or bugs, please let us know so that we can continue to improve.
Thank you,

[2013-03-09] A Google User: Dont be fooled The free app was designed for hose and master steam sizes that aren't everyday uses...which forces you to buy the paid version. The developer is a cheapskate. |

[2012-09-03] A Google User: No good This app is no use. Just learn a friction lost chart |
|
[2012-07-22] A Google User: Not worth time App is not good for class to hard to put in information for class |
|
[2012-04-09] A Google User: Needs more options Coming from a career firefighter/engineer ..... Needs settings for fog nozzles and for hoses up to 5" for supply purposes. Smooth bore isn't enough. At least get the 2 1/2" hoses in there. I would recommend just learning to figure It out in your head. Try out "Hydraulics for jakes". It's a good system for figuring it out fast. |

[2012-03-02] A Google User: No conversion needs metric for the rest of the world... |

[2012-02-11] A Google User: cool how about one with lpm and kpa? |
|
[2012-01-11] A Google User: Not even 1.5 hose size Need more hose size. |
|
[2011-11-26] A Google User: Needs More It needs a lot more options to input like a real fire calculator has. Lots of different hose size (i.e. 2 1/2). |

[2011-08-19] A Google User: Fire "Calculater?" Though spelled correctly here, the title that shows up under this app's icon on the screen is spelled "Fire Calculater." I'd be ashamed to have a peer see me using an application whose very name is misspelled. It doesn't suggest that the credibility of any other aspect of the application is there. Uninstalled. |
