Terrible Update Why do all these file managers feel the need to make everything look like a child has gone to town with a crayon? This update the layout is atrocious, the standard and simple layout that was in the previous version made file browsing so much better. Will not be using this app anymore, what was once a great purchase is now one to stay well away from. If there is a way to revert back to the older APK I will continue to use it - all the previous skins / themes that were available look so much cleaner than these

Buy it It is the best file manager, some features aren't the best but still the smoothest easiest to use plus great sharing modules! Edit: version 5 theme is not my style and I don't see any option to change?

New v5 update - you robbed us! You killed this app with the new UI! I paid for a theme and can't even use it now! Gimme my old UI back because I paid for both pro plugin as well as theme and you just screwed the app and us that paid for it out of our money and didn't ask our opinion..

Going pro I've seen enough. Other file managers just can't do what File Expert can do. Easiest way to move batches via wifi from tablet to phone, desktop, laptop, network storage or cloud. Only problems right now (before upgrade) is occasional shut down, and my favorites is broken since last update. Still, I'm ready to pay and support, and I'll give 5 stars when glitches are fixed.

This is one of the best file managers I noticed some of the low scores and I really think its that they just don't know how to use it correctly. I probably use this app more than any other file manger. I have tried a lot of them but this one just does everything. People, if you can't figure out how to use it don't blame the app, look in the mirror because it's probably you.

Does not deliver Bought FE to remove pre-loaded space eating apps. Root removal does not work following FE's exact instructions. No other support available. Avoid!!!

Needs one fix I want to be able to set programs to open a file by default. FE seems to have trouble doing that especially with files over the network.

As necessary for Android as Explorer is for Windows The feature list alone makes this easily worth the price, but the extra dedication to design intuitiveness, ease-of-use, and polish propel it to "must have" status for any power user. Suffice it to say, over the 6 months or so of using this killer app, I was repeatedly pleasantly surprised at having the common thought, "it should be so simple to ___," rooting through File Expert for 5 seconds, and as if by telepathy, finding the exact solution I was hoping for. You need this app.

Best file manager around Compared to some of the other full featured file managers out there, this one is a bit quicker to navigate and it looks more professional. Well worth the money for the pro license in order to support the developers.

Why such a power hog?? Boy, this app is the third biggest power user on my RAZR. Just below Screen (40%) and Wi-Fi (13%). This sucker is using 11% and it's not even open! Why all the power?? Also, you can't do a Force Stop. Seemed like a nice app, but no way am I going to have an unopened app sucking off 11%. Hell, that's more than Android OS! Looks like I need to search some more. Anyone have any suggestions?? Thanks.

Essential If I could only install one app., it'd be this one. Being able to wirelessly transfer any file is invaluable - especially when you consider that certain other smart phones don't let you transfer the majority of your files even using a cable.
