Small all-in-one app to make some of the most usual tweaks to your rooted Android phone.
In addition it has the ability to mount your system partition as read-write for other applications and clear the Dalvik Cache without the need to go into a recovery menu.
AFTER CLEARING THE DALVIK CACHE YOUR PHONE SHOULD REBOOT.
If it doesn't then reboot manually ...
And tell me what error you got, it should work anyway.
Currently it doesn't pick up default values from the system, and doesn't scale well for some high res devices ... This is on my todo list.

[2012-10-11] ThomasMc: Gingerbread scrolls much smoother now I used this because the jerky scrolling on my Gingerbread phone was driving me crazy. I deleted Dalvik cache, increased Dalvik cache to the max size, and increased Max Number of Events to the maximum. It now scrolls very smoothly. Not quite as smooth as iOS or Jelly Bean, but light years ahead of what it was. I also changed the WiFi Scan Interval to the max, to save a little on the battery. I would NOT risk trying to change the DPI. EVER. Don't even think about it. I'm serious. |
