Causes boot loop on Droid 2 w/stock GB I wanted to use this to do a full backup of my rooted phone before I started messing with ROMs. When I clicked "Boostrap Recovery", my phone instantly reset, then went into a loop where it would reset again after running for only a minute. I was very surprised that a well-recommended, paid app that was supposed to make a backup process easy actually rendered my phone unusable. I did manage to gain access to my phone again by going to Android's Settings...Applications...Running services menu, finding this app, then stopping it before it had a chance to reset my phone again. It took a few tries to be able to do it fast enough.

D2 Global Users beware! If you're running version 4.5.629 and are hoping to root your phone, you're out of luck. I wish I'd known that before buying this app! Google "4.5.629 root" for more info. I'm sure this app does what it's supposed to otherwise.

maybe not compactible makes VIEWPAD 10e UK version crash, worked only once, maybe goes in confljct with other room managers i installed. 5stars anyway for the great work. if u need any info for viewpad 10e GB rooted check XDA. if u need any dump i can post it there.willierwil.

Super easy Installed and it worked flawlessly. Made a backup and installed cyanogen first try with no issues. Phone has been rooted for ages but I was always hesitant to flash a new rom. Now it's so easy these days!
