So, so good. My main use is to sync notes with Outlook via Gdoc. This app does the sync with gdocs and gsyncit($) does the Outlook part - great combo!

Docs Pics works well for entering notes that sync with my online google account. I haven't used the photo options but find the notes to be very useful
