Dim display to lowest setting.
**This is lower than user settable with default menus!**
Has 3 user settable shortcuts, low, medium, and high.
Any feedback is welcome!
Note to all who say change is temporary:
The lowest setting that the droid allows is 10, anything lower will be increased by the OS!
