Dim Lock allows you to hold off sleep mode, screen lock and/or dim. To make things convenient, Dim Lock comes with the an optional widget and ongoing notification to toggle. You can also set Dim Lock to automatically enable on boot or USB connection. Multiple options & features are available by application.

[2012-12-18] A Google User: Working great and integrates well App is great and the screen dimmed helps save a lot of juice when I don't want to shut the screen. The most useful concerning battery consumption, system integration and ease of use IMHO. I got feedback for a couple of feature doubts pretty fast and the answer was really helpful. |

[2012-12-12] A Google User: Not many uses, app should not be paid for I downloaded it thinking it would delay the phone dimming. But all it does is keep the light on your phone on and drain your battery. Tried to email the developer but he hasn't responded and it's been well over a month. This signals bad customer maintenance. The app itself should not come at a cost since it has very few uses. |

[2012-10-21] A Google User: Update broke it :( I've been using this fantastic util for close to a year now & it has always worked perfectly. Sadly the latest update broke it for Galaxy Note running gingerbread. UPDATE- Upgraded to ICS, it now works. |

[2012-08-02] A Google User: Perfect! Finally, I've restored my phone to sane behavior. Fantastic! Here's the problem this app fixes for me: I have the Thunderbolt set to stay ON while charging, but after 2 minutes, it dims. This is a problem when it's in the car cradle, or hooked to a sound system across the room. I don't WANT it to dim! This app (as I've configured it) keeps the screen from dimming while on charge, but gets out of the way otherwise. JUST what I wanted! |
