This application shows dialer and contacts in Notification bar. You can access to dialer and contacts whenever you want.
If you want to call someone while you are browsing(or playing games, etc..), just drag notification bar and click dialer!

For some reason on my cliq, it shows only my dialer. Does not go to contacts even when i press contacts. But overall good concept(:
