Ever wanted to be able to manage your phone from your desktop? Now it is possible!
With DeskDroid, you can send, receive and manage SMS text messages from you phone, directly in any web browser.
It is very easy - install the DeskDroid application, and go to www.deskdroid.com to create a user.
Unlike other applications like this, DeskDroid does not require USB or Wifi connection, and there is no configuration. Everything works by just signing up and in.
Messages received or sent on your phone, will appear instantly in your web browser.

Needs more time in the oven I've been looking for a clean, intuitive desktop interface for sending receiving messages, and while this is really clean and works well, it hardly does anything. You can send/receive, but contacts are just listed by their number. Too simple to use at this point, but it's got potential. I'll keep checking back. |
