If you do a lot of computers software support, but refer users under warranty to manufacturers, this could speed up your work with Dells. Scan or enter a service tag to fetch the warranty info for a Dell device quickly. Location permissions for ad support.

[2012-09-11] A Google User: An ok app. Needs some more like an old app. Looked this up to compare. It does what it says. Better app that seems to not be on the store anymore, but I can use it still for some reason. "Dell Barcode Service Tag Scan" is the name and made by N-Dek L.L.C. The main plus to the other app is once you scan or enter the service tag you can look up the service/set-up manual for specific machines. All Dell products are in the data base. Other then that they are both very similar |
