Forklift Load Center Calculator
Forklift operators are required to Know the load center of all loads and the over all weight of the load. Loads that are larger than 48”x48” ( 600mmx600mm) required need a reduction in lift capacity. The CSL safety Forklift Load center Calculator is designed to help do the math. This simple to use app requires the operator to fill in 3 blanks the rated capacity of the forklift and the original load center, lastly the loads new load center. Instantly the new forklift capacity is Known and the operator can make an informed decision to lift the intended load.
This application is provided as a guideline only, to provide an overview of the mechanical limitations of forklift equipment. This is intended to help operators understand the relationship between lift capacities as load center shifting. CSL safety is not liable for any improper use or data entry related to the application. Load center is often the center of the load however odd shaped loads may have it in a different location
