Completely worthless I use the pc application to help troubleshoot my family and friends' computers and thought this would be an awesome app when I came across it. Don't waste your time. It's incredibly unstable, usually doesn't work, and when it does it only runs for maybe two minutes, tops. Not to mention you get a week free trial, then have to pay to use the same service you get for free on the desktop. Uninstalling immediately.

Using for a while now.. Crossloop could take some tips from pocket cloud. Mouse pointer is wack. Whole interface is chaotic, and needs a massive revise. Paid for service but will look at other options before paying again. Overall, its got a long way to go before it is reliable and user friendly.

Fan-freakin-tastic. I love it, and $20/year is a great price to remote in from anywhere (pro isn't needed, but do need at least the remote plan,19.99)

Look guys who complain about needing pro.. Its meant for existing Crossloop customers, not as a standalone App. How else can they publish it?
