Copy Special Characters (v. 2.2)

Use Copy Special Characters to select and copy special characters like proper typographic characters, such as “quotation marks” and other mathematical characters not available on the keyboards.

You can use it to spice up your e-mail messages, tweets, or text messages with these special characters.

Tablet optimized.

After selecting the characters, you can copy them the clipboard and switch to another application to paste your clipboard.

Ability to select commonly used character sets like:
- Latin Extended A, B, C, D, Additional and Supplement
- Greek
- Cyrillic
- Currency
- Punctuation
- Geometry

Any suggestions are welcome.

Great Its great, I am able to find special characters as the application intended and create text art but it would be better if the user can copy and paste new characters they find across the web into the selection to reuse again any time.

Just what I want! I wanted a simple app that allows me to paste special characters and this does just that :D! Perfect for the job!

Great Application Was looking for an approximately sign and this app appeared. Works great and is simple. Although as noted below Greek symbols/letters would be an added feature the symbol set is rich already. Very handy for a tablet it you are using it with a wp program for a doc that will be printed. Added 6/7/12 Actually there are Greek, Latin, math, box drawing etc. all one has to do is open the Preferences (upper right had corner icon) and they and lots of other are there.

More - we need more! I like this app for what it offers, but that is limited. As has been noted, many more characters could be added, such as an ellipsis, arrows, etc. Too many times, I go to the app seeking a special character that is not there. Nevertheless, thanks to the developer for the concept and the work; perhaps the next version could increase the list. In the meantime, this is a fine beginning.
