The idea behind ContextSwitcher is simple:
When you leave work, select context 'work' and write anything you can think of related to work.
When you arrive home, select context 'home' and remind of everything you wrote about.
Then, do the same when you leave home and go back to work.
Do this to every context you live in: work, home, leisures, hobbies, club, sport...
