Contacts / SMS /LOG CSV Export (v. 1.073) Разработано dutchandroid |
Contacts CSV Export Pro can export your phone addressbook to CSV Format. In order to make importing easy, standard formats can be selected, like: Outlook 2003, 2007, 2010 Mozilla Thunderbird, Hotmail, Windows Live Mail or our own format usable for viewing your file in Excel.
There some advanced features for the contacts export, you can choose a delimiter for the fields, what character the line ends with, linux or windows style. What encoding must be used, this can be proven usefull when having languages with special characters.
Check out the Pro Version: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=dutchandroid.contacts.export.pro
The CSV file made will always be available on your phone, only the contacts export will give you the option to pick this location.
Since recently there 2 features added: SMS export, this will export all your SMS messages to a CSV file.
And call log export, this will export all the phone calls you made and the incoming call you received.
All export SMS , Call-log and Addressbook have the option to e-mail the created file.
Currently there 3 versions around Free, Beta and Pro
Here's a summary of the Free vs Pro version
- The Pro version has no advertisments
- No need for network access
- No need for access to network state
- Smaller, due to less need liberaries
- No Flurry statistics integrated
Last but not least to Pro version will be updated with the lastest good stuff.

[2012-11-11] A Google User: Occasionally erratic, but an essential tool It is true that functionality is at times erratic, as others noted here (I noticed occasional timeouts, and the generation of the email with the attachment may fail). However, it has become my tool of choice to export text messages and call logs. This functionality is so important for me that I would pay for such an app. Makes me wonder why this is not part of the out of the box experience, as it was on Nokia devices. Thank you for creating this app. |

[2012-04-02] A Google User: Very Good! This little application helped me sync my Windows Contacts and my Nokia phone. I'll leave tip: - I've exported my contacts into CSV with default settings (just changing semi-colon to coma separation). - Then sent this file via email (this app gives you such option) - I've edited file in excel or openCalc (this is optional) - Imported file into Windows Live Mail - Imported file into Windows Contacts -- After having my contacts in Windows Contacts I was able to choose option in Ovi Nokia Suite to sync with Windows Contats -- And I was able to sync contacts with Nokia Wouldn't be able to do this without this nice APP! Thanks a LOT!!! |

[2011-09-27] A Google User: Removes preceding 0 from numbers. This app is useless for Australian phone numbers |
|
[2011-09-27] A Google User: The preceding 0 preceding 0 isn't removed by the application, you can check the exported file in notepad for that. It's the excel generel field when importing that messes things up. |
