Computer Troubleshooter compiles the most common PC problems and suggests ways to fix them. Divided into three sections, it's the place to turn when you need a quick reference guide--or professional help.

The Fixes section covers problems ranging the familiar--the dreaded Blue Screen of Death--to the ambitious--how to remotely help a friend. Handy Tools covers useful programs such as Malwarebytes, built-in tools such as MSconfig, and even the Firefox and Internet Explorer Web browsers. A Tips section offers advice to make using a computer much more enjoyable, ranging from quick-key combinations to obscure-but-handy run commands.

Finally, if your problem isn't readily fixable, Troubleshooter's developer offers a unique approach: a help tab through which you can hire him. You describe the problem and name your price; if he takes on the assignment and fails to fix it, you don't pay.
