Checks for motion during awake times to make sure user is okay. Texts emergency contact if motionless for an hour. See website.
1. Enter sleep and wake times.
2. Check which days you would like to enable the program.
3. Enter emergency text number (5135554444).
4. Select snooze time to suspend motionless check.
