This app works as a torch in the dark for phones that do not have LED light.
This app has a unique feature of increasing the screen brightness more than the system allows (NO root access required) and it displays the brightest white color!

PS: Prolonged use of this app may decrease battery life.

Basic, but no permissions needed! Finally found what I want.
