Bookmarks manager (v. 2.6)

Backup and restore the browser bookmarks on the SD card.

Allow to sort them manually or automatically by applying an alphabetical or creation date order.

Facilitate data migration between phones or different android versions.

Allow the stock locked bookmarks to be deleted.

Full internet access needed for google analytics (can be disabled in the settings)

Goodbye, locked bookmarks! Stock locked bookmarks were driving me nuts. Thanks! Only problem was there didn't seem to be a way to keep the default most-visited sorting, so I had to uninstall after cleaning out the garbage bookmarks.

Thank you so much! This morning I noticed my phone lost all of my bookmarks for some reason. I felt sick as I probably had over 100 bookmarks stored. I momentarily forgot that I backup my bookmarks and for the first time ever I needed to restore them. And there they were. All of them. Really pays to back them up every once in awhile. This app really saved me a lot of grief. Thank you so much for creating it!

Downloaded a bunch of junk bookmarks when I istalled. It didn't auto backup my existing bookmarks.

Not that great You can see my saved bookmarks when you open the app, but when I click on restore backup is says there aren't any.

Lost all my bookmarks This app worked fine to delete the locked bookmarks, but when I initiated a 'restore', all my bookmarks disappeared from the browser bookmarks and appeared in my browser history instead! Unrooted stock Samsung Infuse 4G. I need a fix - this is a royal pain!!!

Doesn't work Claims it works with gingerbread but not with any of the dozen or so gingerbread roms ive used. It restores your bookmarks to history but leaves the bookmarks empty

It works: deleted bloatware bookmarks stay gone. On a rooted SGH-T989, this easy-to-use app let me delete the carrier's bloatware bookmarks in the stock browser. After a quick reboot, I confirmed that the bookmarks were still gone. Perfect. My thanks go to the developer!
