ASProxy (v. 1.9) Разработано AlSu |
ASProxy is an Android app for enabling proxy support for all apps (including browser, market, maps, Google Talk and Google Voice) on various networks (Wi-Fi, 3G/4G APN, Ethernet and Reverse tethering through USB).
Features
* Transparently intercepts and redirects traffic (thus does not require apps to have proxy support)
* Supports various connection types; Wi-Fi, 3G/4G APN, Ethernet and Reverse tethering through USB
* Supports multiple proxy settings based on the unique identifier for the network
* Configuration based app support, so you can easily add/remove support for any apps
* HTTP, SOCKS 4/4a and SOCKS 5 support
* Basic, NTLM and NTLMv2 support for proxy authentication
* Intranet support (Bypass proxy for local addresses)
* DNS Forwarding
Requirements
* iptables (Netfilter -> NAT)
* root
What ASProxy does not do
ASProxy does not circumvent security imposed by internal proxy - Most MS web proxy servers (Forefront TMG and ISA) come with a limited set of allowed protocols (HTTP - 80 and HTTPS - 443). If your network uses one of these proxies with the default setting, you will be limited to apps using these protocols (Meaning app such as market (5228 for authentication) and Google Talk (5223 and 5224) will not work).

[2012-08-12] Abdul: wont work and wil not uninstall scam! |
[2012-07-12] Rob: Awesome! Working beautifully on rooted HTC Incredible running (unofficial) CM9. Just make sure that ICS's built-in proxying (long press on subject wi-fi and select "Modify Network", scroll down to advanced settings) is turned off. Also had to manually add "HTTP" entry for port 80 in the "apps" tab in ASProxy. Automatically detects wi-fi connections and enables proxy settings as needed. Can be configured to load on startup. Just set it and forget it. |

[2012-07-09] mihir: Not working |
[2012-05-09] Aravindan: Poor user guide! Works with WiFi but no instructions regarding 'reverse tethering' which is given as a feature... Dev should have a detailed guide for all features at least in the website... |
[2012-03-30] the 4/8/2012 Work on my Samsung Gatab P1000 thanks. its worked on my samsung gatab Gingerbread with rooted. Finally. ^_^ |

[2012-03-25] ajavelin: Not working Very bad... Not wirking at all. .. |
[2012-03-15] Charl: Galaxy Y Only one I found that works. |
[2012-03-11] Mato: Failed om my Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc I bought it and was expensive hoping it would give me what I have been searching for months. Unfortunately, it has never been enabled and nowhere to enable it. Disappointed. |
[2012-03-07] TenaliRaman: The only proxy app that worked for me I tried quite a lot of proxy apps before I found ASProxy and this is the only one that worked for me with a hassle. Device : Galaxy S OS : Cynogenmod 7 |
[2012-03-06] Russell: Not sure Is unreliable for the connection I need it for. It won't restart the proxy connection automatically when wifi connection reconnects. To be fair it's not clear if the problem is the remote proxy or this app, but other phones use this connection & proxy without issues. |
[2011-12-27] Baris: In the end.. The only proxy app working like a charm. |
[2011-11-11] Ahmad Salsabil Zaky: pheww! at last... finally managed to access internet via proxy server in office using this apps.. great apps!! :thumbs up: |
[2011-10-19] Coley: Works perfectly... This was the 1st app that worked on our network through the proxy authentication and I had tried many. I love it! |
[2011-10-09] Matthew: Works well, but you do need a rooted device. As above. |
[2011-09-30] Laubscher: Probably the best proxy switcher for Android. |
[2011-09-12] AlMaqdad: Please update this app more often. Change the interface add more features |
[2011-08-31] greenjon: Awful interface, no instructions, no response from developer on their "support" page |
[2011-08-30] Tezza: Doesn;t work on LG P970 I can see that this app may be good but it should have a phone compatibility list, my phone is rooted running Android 2.2.2, and the latest busybox, I checked iptables it doesn't appear that asproxy is able to set any setting in here. Please fix this if possible at this point I have wasted money on the app. |
[2011-08-23] Ian: Great on Sensation. Fail on Galaxy Tab 10.1 The only proxy that gets through the corporate firewall for apps on ports other than the usual like 80. Plex over corp wifi to my office works GREAT on the Sensation. The service will not start on my Tab. As to the "BS DRM" : not seeing any of that. App installs and works on supported devices. Son;t like market DRM? Talk to google. It's their stuff. |
[2011-08-15] Sebastián: Works great over auth proxy, from my samsung captivate, rooted, unlocked, rom Cog 4.5.3. |
[2011-08-08] rohit: Working ok |

[2011-07-11] Dameon: Working on my Google Nexus S with CM7 Nightly and Netarchy Kernal 1.3.4. I posted this comment used asproxy. When all fail, asproxy came through. |
[2011-07-05] Jeremy and Crystal: Worked great on Froyo. Upgraded to Gingerbread (Optimus One) and hangs up starting service. Developer tried to help debug and issued a refund. |
[2011-07-01] Robin: ASProxy The only proxy app (free or paid) that works reliably |
[2011-06-29] J: Works great with Speakout Wireless The app makes most apps work through port 80. Some minor things like Facebook photos aren't displayed. One feature I'd like to request is the automatic start of the proxy when the phone disconnects from a Wifi connection. Right now, when I leave Wifi and go on Data, I have to manually open ASProxy and press the Red Button so it's green. Automating that would be great. |
[2011-06-23] skywalker: Excellent software. Allow to have different profikes for different wifi networks. One time setup and seamless use! |
[2011-06-16] Gregg: By far the best proxy app available! THANK YOU! |
[2011-06-08] Rustam: Version 1.8 hangs on "Starting Service" Version 1.8 hangs on "Starting Service", doesn't work. Version 1.6 worked ok on Notion Ink. |
[2011-06-01] test: im running out of patience w this app! save in settings never work ! whenever i save the connection as 3g after 30 mins or so it will reset towifi! |
[2011-05-26] Marcos: Doesn't work on CM7 nexus s, does work albeit unstably on MIUI. |
[2011-05-25] Nick.Allain: 15 minutes went by before i found out that it didnt work over 4g (sprint) on my epic4g. |
[2011-05-16] Azz: Perfect! This is what Google should have as stock. Thank you! Galaxy Tab/Nexus S |
[2011-05-11] kp.zeus: Works on rooted nexus one with proxy specified in IP format |
[2011-05-04] Liquid Brains: Works great on my Samsung I9000 - Gingerbread. |
[2011-05-04] Marcos: Doesn't work on CM7 nexus s, does work albeit unstably on MIUI. |
[2011-04-29] Michael: This app is the only viable SOCKS tunneler I have found. I use in combo with Connectbot for my own private encrypted ssh tunnel. |
[2011-04-13] Dragen: No docs/instructions!!! This p.o.s. Is way too complicated, I'm a server admin and couldn't figure it out before the refund window closed! |
[2011-04-13] Azz: Perfect! This is what Google should have as stock. Thank you! Galaxy Tab |
[2011-04-13] test: it works, but it has bugs UI is not very user-friendly, but it shouldn't take too much time to figure out how to setup, even though I'm not a server admin ;) it has bug though, saving on settings file doesn't work at all (set connection type to 3g only, save then it somehow will reset the connection type to wifi...) hope this will be fixed. samsung captivate |
[2011-04-12] Ivanmir: not able to set authentication on Galaxy S I9000B. It always FC'ed. Needs to be rooted to work. After update 1.5 I was able to create the proxy config |

[2011-04-07] MacGyver: Creating New Proxy causes it to crash Trying to create a new proxy, using proxy type of HTTP, the application crashes with a "Sorry, The application ASPorxy (rpocess com.alsu.ASProxy) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again." Epic failure! I tried removing and reinstalling it with no success. Asking for a refund right now. |
[2011-04-06] Bob: Was working flawlessly as version 1.2 Since update to 1.4 it keeps force closing. Uninstalled. |
[2011-03-29] Dave: Bull$hit DRM Someone needs to fix this license issue as this has basically made this application useless, if not fraudulent. Seeing as there are reports of this occurring paying users as of March 2nd and it is now March 29th without a comment from the author I'm thinking this is more fraudulent than it it is a bug. Ill wait a week before asking my credit card company to reverse the charge. Hopefully he dev will comment... |
[2011-03-24] Oocash: Sometimes works, other time complain about DNS. Often complain about licence what is strange because I've paid for it. |
[2011-03-23] Les: Agree. Does not work! |
[2011-03-17] adel: Perfect on my nexus s |
[2011-03-04] Oliver: Doesn't work. Even had IT guys at work try to get it working. Rubbish. |
[2011-03-03] Matt: Fantastic app, why didn't I find this earlier? |
[2011-03-02] Shin: Used to work fine, then updated, now I keep geting "waiting... Couldn't check license". |
[2011-03-01] michaels: Finally I can use my galaxy s on eduroam :) Great app!! |
[2011-02-10] Spencer: Gives solid granular control and seamless proxy switching on my rooted galaxy s. Only quirk is android browser saying not connected when it is. |

[2011-02-09] Ed: Requires device to be rooted - not clear from description. Uninstalled from my Galaxy Tab |
[2011-02-08] Eugene74: Did not work for me. Waste of a few bucks. Sadly iPhone was way better and we had it going on corporate wireless in minutes, but not Android phone. |
[2011-02-07] Gareth: Fantastic. Works once you get the settings right. Option for simple authentication is there if you scroll down. Most apps work even market downloads! |
[2011-02-07] kp.zeus: Not Working On Nexus One Getting error "Reason : DNS Failure", i even gave the ip for the proxy, still not working |
[2011-02-07] Malandro: Great app but doen't work for me. I'm also seeing the DNS Failure problem. The developer has been great in answering my questions, the risk of this happening was very clear in the app description. I'll wait to see if he can find a good workaround for this issue. |
[2011-02-05] Karl: Great little app although just have to root my phone to get full use! |
[2011-01-28] Jeremy: DroidX, Liberty1.0, works after some trial and error setting this up thru connectify. Overall good product. Thanks. Much needed app. |

[2011-01-25] Privat: Fabulous. None of the others worked for me. |
[2011-01-21] David: Was dubious, but works! Market etc works fine. Devs are responsive to issues. Shaping up well. [Galaxy S; Doc's ROM V6.2] |
[2011-01-20] Buddy: Amazing app that was much needed. There does appear to be a bug that has to do with dropped wifi confections. Run "iptables -t nat --flush" to fix. |

[2011-01-20] Hugh Topping: New update has fixed lots and improved reliability no end. An app worth having if you regularly use any WiFi network that requires a proxy. |
[2011-01-20] Don: This works beautifully on my Droid 2. This app fills a glaring omission in stock Android. Would like option to hide persistent notification icon. |
[2011-01-19] Tunc: This developer deserves a medal. Google, on the other hand, need to stop wasting time on gimmicks and working on real issues like this! |
[2011-01-18] Kostadin: Wow, it really works! 10x a lot... i just needed to root my phone first... |
