it backs up your apps but when you want to restore an app it dissappears no matter what app it is it happened 3 times to me worked 2 times moto droid

Good, few remarks. Disable ROM apps plz! Nice idea with pinning shcuts to notification, but they need to stay there;) clear removes them..
