[2013-05-16] A Google User: Best Android version of the original This is the best Android version of PasswordMaker I have seen so far. It may soon become one of my must have apps. If you are looking for a very good password generator to use on your mobile device to compliment what you use on your desktop, this would be a good choice. Pros: You can set virtually all of the settings you can on the desktop version. Uncluttered UI Cons: The UI needs a little tuning to make it usable on a phone. For example you cant quickly tell what profile is in use or if it will change based on the URL you enter. Also, the list of usable characters is too big to fit on any phone even in landscape so its not easy to tell if you are all alphanumerics or just alphas only. Changing the profile used is not as easy as it could be. No automatic profile changing based on the URL entered (or does it??) Minor Con: I cannot modify the character list manually to include or exclude any specific characters. I have done this on the PC so 100% fidelity is not possible. This is a solid app that will give you some piece of mind when it comes to passwords if you use it properly. |

[2013-03-01] A Google User: So so Does not offer way to check master password is ok and thus makes the output more error prone. |
[2013-01-31] A Google User: no sync There aren't any options to import/export/sync settings. It's a hassle to get it to generate the same passwords as the Firefox extension, etc. |
[2013-01-21] A Google User: Best Android implementation |
[2013-01-11] A Google User: Generates wrong passwords |
[2012-11-12] A Google User: Works perfectly I'm runny Jelly Bean 4.1.2 and can't complain. Does the basic functionality of the Chrome ext. Don't generally need it on mobile except for travel or password loss. |
[2012-08-22] A Google User: Works Ugly as it is still perfectly mimics the output of other clients, so it is very useful. |
[2012-08-16] A Google User: Good I use the chrome extension as well. |
[2012-06-26] A Google User: Still Broken Unusable on ice cream sandwich, which is a big shame because I was relying on it! 25th June update didn't fix this. |
[2012-03-03] A Google User: still needs work on ICS Still has issues on ICS galaxy nexus after update. Once you try to edit a profile all fields and text disappear and it is almost impossible to enter data. |
[2011-12-29] A Google User: hideous implementation... ...but necessary for access to my accounts |
[2011-04-28] A Google User: Generates a password, but not the same one I get on the Firefox plugin. Gotta play with it. An import/export settings feature would be great. Droid 2. |

[2011-04-28] Kinkajou: Generates a password, but not the same one I get on the Firefox plugin. Gotta play with it. An import/export settings feature would be great. Droid 2. |

[2011-04-19] A Google User: Only one thing missing... I have too many websites that I use with special rules for passwords, so I have a lot of passwords that I have had to set up special w/in Firefox Passwordmaker plugin. I don't mind manually copying files from my computer to the phone if it means that I can keep the special profiles sync'd. Add this feature and this won't be a 5 star program. It will be a **SIX** star program. |

[2011-01-24] A Google User: Great app, but someone needs to sort the UI. Would also love some kind of auto sync with the chrome browser on my laptop. |

[2011-01-23] A Google User: Something has changed after the latest update. Passwords do not match the ones generated on the desktop version. |

[2011-01-12] A Google User: It works ok, but the interface isn't really suited for mobile, it needs a simpler interface and ideally a better way of integrating with the browser |

[2010-11-02] Oleksandr: I've been using it for years on a desktop. Was vert happy to find the app for android. Works like a charm. Settings are there, stop bullshiting. |
[2010-11-01] A Google User: Fantastic. People complaining about settings are mistaken. It works great! |
[2010-11-01] A Google User: Love passwordmaker, but this is useless to me. No settings, so unless you use passwordmaker out of box with no customization, stick with the website. |

[2010-09-23] A Google User: Looks good, but doesn't seem to generate same password as the original PasswordMaker plugin for a given URL with the same settings and master PW... |

[2010-08-24] A Google User: Long time user on Firefox. Don't have to worry about keeping my passwords on my Droid X now. The best password generator. |

[2010-07-17] A Google User: Very handy - the Go button is a nice touch. But it'd be nice if it was configurable, the option of saving the master password would be useful. |

[2010-07-16] A Google User: Works great! Only a minor issues where it sometimes doesn't save settings, but I don't often change them so that's fine |

[2009-12-11] Telarian: Passwordmaker is awesome but this implementation is very gimped. No ability to change settings makes it useless. Better to just use passwordmaker.org |
