Does not require root access.

Worked HTC evo v4g I know it's rebranding from HTC evo 3d so should work for that. Used your directions for linux. Working great. Spent forever trying to get WiFi tethering to work first with no success. A major thank you!!!

Reverse Tethering Possible? Hi your app is pretty neat. I was wonder if you could make an app that shares the Computer Internet > Android for users with no WIFI connection / data plan at home. (Reverse USB tethering) It would be really nice.

Hands down THE BEST USB tethering APP out there!!! It's FAST, it's easy to install (if you can follow instructions) and it has User Agent Filtering!!! Which is the most important part if you use a carrier that doesn't want you tethering.

If you have trouble with drivers get the easytether drivers they work. Samsung phones need additional drivers at easytether download. Works great!
