[2012-10-15] theif519: Deleted files with this, used recommended shredding, Undelete could recover with no problem Until the dev steps up with how secure the deletion of the files are, as no FBI-tier app is needed, a simple one off the market place could recover without a problem, then it gets a 1 star. |

[2012-08-10] Richard: Crap! This app sucks! Does not overwrite anything. All I can do is delete. Any other option I choose just force closes the app. I don't need an app to delete, I can do that myself. Uninstall!!! |

[2012-07-21] Stephen: works I don't understand the comments about everbody wanting 3-7 passes or what ever, the sdcard is not a magnetic hard drive, but a solid state device... I like the ability to write all 0's. Very basic and nice! |

[2011-12-28] Olen: Serves no purpose with flash memory We need two things: 1. Automatically rename filenames to a random string before deleting. 2. Randomly fill all free space. There is no guarantee that the flash controller overwrites the memory blocks that were marked for deletion. these phones don't have HDDs in them & HDD security technology doesn't necessarily work. |

[2011-12-22] Mark: A necessary tool for the security concious . . . A necessary tool for the security conscious Smart Phone user. Simple interface allowing shredding of files one at a time. Needs other option than 6 times overwrite, like 1 time overwrite to extend microSD memory life. There is a maximum file size limit of a file to be shredded. Program forced closed on a 12.5MB file shredding while leaving the file unshredded. Sent in suggestion and bug report to creator. Very useful app. |
