AdjBrightness (v. 1.7.3.3) Разработано DeskAngel |
*ROOT REQUIRED*
(Galaxy S is only partly supported. It can work, but the screen might keep off after sleep. If you encounter this issue, Please reboot.)
Adjust screen brightness for *rooted* device from 2 ~ 255. Six predefined values can be customized by you. (Untick all settings in option activity to disable all the features.)
Main Features:
1. Can dim the screen to a very low level to save battery and your eyes.
2. Can lock the screen brightness so other application cannot changed it until you unlock it.
3. Can turn on/off the backlight of buttons.
4. Can lock the backlight of buttons and keep it always off or always on.
5. Can turn off the annoying blinking amber light while the battery is low.
***This is a full feature but Ad supported version. It needs several permissions to display the Ad.

[2013-05-19] A Google User: OK for HTC Rezound ICS I have an HTC Rezound with ICS 4.0.3 (rooted). This is the only app that lets you turn off the LED buttons, I can't use my phone as an alarm clock with those stupid backlight buttons on all the time while docked. I've tried a bunch of apps and this is the only one that works. |
[2013-05-12] A Google User: bionic not working after giving permission.. says i dont have root. Jb |

[2013-01-24] A Google User: Works most of the time Has a tendency to lose settings. |
[2012-12-29] A Google User: "it only works on rooted devices..." But... ...when I launch it, I can see SuperSU granting it permission so clearly the issue isn't a lack of root access. Running PA 2.99 on Nexus 10 |
[2012-11-24] A Google User: Says brightness level set a rooted device is needed. My device is already rooted. Please fix bugs |
[2012-11-23] A Google User: Works only on older devices On my Samsung Galaxy Note II, this app fails to work like it did back in my HTC Droid Incredible days. |
[2012-11-08] A Google User: Works to disable lights - DroidX rooted Works perfect for button lights to be disabled, but auto brightness could no longer be used! Even when I uninstall this app. Seams to have broken this feature on my Droid X but now works after a reboot. |
[2012-10-19] A Google User: Doesn't work Not working on rooted LG P990 |
[2012-10-09] A Google User: Faulty Asks for root, when I am rooted. If this is a kernel issue, Dev should say so. |
[2012-10-03] A Google User: Only for root Keeps keyboard / button light nicely off after reboot on ICS (Arc S). |
[2012-10-01] A Google User: HTC evo 4g Perfect! now my eyes don't burn in the morning |
[2012-09-29] A Google User: SGS3 Apparently the lowest brightness setting for this app is the same as Samsung's, so it doesn't work. Worked great on my DX though. |
[2012-09-29] A Google User: 200 percent better than root dim! Motorola photon 4g I absolutely love this app! Had root dim it sucked! Main feature I like about this app is the availability to lock bottom back lights off! Root dim lock feature does not stay locked! Many thanks to the developer! |
[2012-09-08] A Google User: Not on razr maxx great on other phone, but gotta get the razr supported :( Either way, great app |
[2012-08-14] A Google User: Works Works. Simple. |
[2012-08-11] A Google User: Works on Xoom, not on Nexus 7 Wonderful on the rooted Xoom, but not on a rooted Nexus 7. Try screendim on the N7, that works OK but washes out the contrast to get the brightness lower. Dev: $25 if you can get the brightness low like the Xoom, on the N7 without washing out the contrast. :-) |
[2012-08-10] A Google User: Sense 3.6 This is the only app that I've found that kills the backlight on the buttons |

[2012-06-28] A Google User: Off stupid backlights! Finally was able to turn off the little stupid backlights on HTC Eco 4G lte. Thanks! |
[2012-06-22] A Google User: great for blind users This app can come as close as possible to turning the screen off while still allowing the phone to function normally. Blind and visually impaired users who don't need the screen will definitely appreciate the extended battery life that comes from a super dim screen. I should note here that brightness settings below "20" appear not to survive a reboot, but I can just quickly run the app to fix this. In spite of this minor issue, this app still gets a 5 star rating. |
[2012-06-20] A Google User: Useful but Please don't stay in memory. |
[2012-06-18] A Google User: Droid Razr Maxx Worked perfectly on my rooted Droid X, but upgraded to razr maxx and is not working, I guess it isn't supported yet. :( |

[2012-04-22] A Google User: Awesome! Works perfectly I was able to shut off the annoying soft-keys underneath the screen. Awesome app. Thank you so much! |
[2012-04-07] A Google User: BUGGY Screendim is better for lowering brightness and doesnt require root i keep this though because its the only thing ive found that will shut off the button lights on my triumph. 5 stars just for that. |
[2012-03-29] A Google User: Good, but... Constantly requests su permission. Everytime I unlock the phone. Otherwise does exactly what I needed to fix the faulty operation of the button lights on my Motorola Droid 2 global. |

[2012-03-21] A Google User: APP WORKS, HATE PERMISSIONS.... So I just block all the unnecessary permission usage with other apps. C'mon, all that to turn off a light? App works great though. |
[2012-03-21] A Google User: Droid 3 Has superuser access but then says it doesn't when you try to adjust brightness, but it does turn off the soft key light. Worked on my Droid 1 and Droid 2 Global perfectly though. |

[2012-02-28] A Google User: Superb. It works for great with the DROID X. Thank you. |
[2012-02-27] A Google User: 3★ for past performance. Nogo on RAZR Unfortunately getting same issue as bionic users. Says requires root but to backup confirms root. DOES still turn off button lights though. |
[2012-02-27] A Google User: . Bionic and Droid X |
[2012-02-21] A Google User: Use screen filter instead It works to kill the soft-key lights, but the interface is extremely convoluted. Screen filter is much simpler and I don't feel like I'm going to kill my OS using it. |
[2012-02-19] A Google User: Perfect! I use this on my Droid X2 along with Night Clock so that the hardware button lights are always off. I never need them anyway. |
[2012-02-19] A Google User: Sorry I liked this app on my rooted moto droid. My rooted droid 4 isnt supported yet. |
[2012-02-09] A Google User: Not work for rooted galaxy s2 |
[2012-01-31] A Google User: Awesome! Atrix 2 |
[2012-01-25] A Google User: No-go on Droid 3 Not working on rooted Droid 3. Used to work great on the original Droid. Now just says root is required even though I already granted access. |
[2012-01-24] A Google User: It almost perfect Only thing missing for me is a start at boot option for my evo 4g |

[2012-01-07] A Google User: FAILS Droid bionic |
[2012-01-04] A Google User: Not working on Droid Bionic Says no root priveleges even though it has root priveleges |
[2012-01-03] A Google User: Too much of a hastle for controlling screen brightness. Switched to Status Brightness app, much better. |

[2011-11-29] A Google User: Works great on my droidX Could use more detailed explanations on what each option setting does. |
[2011-11-29] A Google User: Perfect app, but too much unnecessary permissons There are only 2 apps that can set the brightness level lower than 10 on my Motorola Defy+. This app is perfect, but I prefer the SuperDim [root], since that one does not require so much unnecessary permissions |
