Active Home Vista (v. 1.37) Разработано Buman@Home |
This application offers you the ability to control and monitor X10 devices from your Android phone and tablet. It also works on your Google TV! It connects to an Active Home Vista server on a PC (supported interfaces: CM10, CM10A, CM11, CM11A, HA125, CM12, CM12A, CM15, CM15A, CM17A, CM19, CM19A, CP10, Universal Devices ISY-99 & XTB-232). Also including a 1x1 widget to turn your devices on and off from your home screen.
Active Home Vista is the only X10 remote control you'll ever need for your X10 domotica system.
Using this application you can enable applications like:
- opening and closing your garage door using your phone
- turn on your coffee from anywhere
- control a media player like WMP from your couch
- start lightning scenarios with a tap on your phone screen
- control your shutters
- etc.
The possibilities are endless!

[2013-08-18] A Google User: Great product I use the Marmitek X10 system and this app is excellent. The app offers widgets that can be used on your phone or tablets to control your devices! The widgets can be arranged to make your phone look like a tv remote control! Brilliant and so simple to use. Did I mention that you can make the widgets web enabled?! |
[2013-08-05] A Google User: Just Awesome! Completely awesome app, developer is extremely helpful, very fast to respond to questions, this guy is on top of it! Extremely useful app.. |
[2013-08-02] A Google User: Cool App! Great app! Has lots of options. GREAT support from the author!!!!! I had some minor issues worked out by the author but it was on my end. Glad to have it! |
[2013-06-24] A Google User: Let there be light This app makes tablet purchase worthwhile. I can't say enough about the support offered, either. |
[2013-04-17] A Google User: It works very nice This is one of the first app I install when I switch phones. Thanks |
[2013-04-17] A Google User: Great, but Awesome app if you need the x10 features. A 6 star application that I previously rated 4 only because it remains resident at all times. I should be able to close it and not have it restart again by itself. Maybe I really need it off at times. Pls add an EXIT function. |
[2013-04-13] A Google User: Love it Continues to be the best app of its kind. And hooray for gtv support! |
[2013-02-06] A Google User: very grateful for this app, but... This app has a LOT of advantages over the alternatives for x10, and functions well - although it does lack some of the "polish" and features that should go with a commercial offering. I'm giving it 5 stars because I'd like to see the author do more with it. |
[2013-02-05] A Google User: Awesome! Can't say enough about this app. Widgets are awesome! Support is outstanding too! |
[2013-01-29] A Google User: It works The app works as specified. Thank you!! |
[2013-01-23] A Google User: Works as specified. This application works great. I've been using it for about a month now, to see how reliable it was, and it has been rock solid. It meets my needs very well. The only problem that I have noticed, is that it is slow to update changes from the Windows server, when X10 configuration changes are made. But, perhaps I am missing how a function works. Eventually, the configuration changes get propagated. I especially like the feature of installing your own jpeg images for X10 on and off conditions. This are nicely propagated to the Android device, and give a nice touch to the android app. |
[2013-01-20] A Google User: Active Home Vista I am grateful to Arjan van der Hoogt for making his software available which has helped to keep the old X10 home automation protocols fresh for this era A downside is that the documentation is very scant but the author responded to my cries for help within what seemed like minutes I can now operate any of my 26 X10 switches and any of my macros from anywhere I have a CM15Pro device which has been programmed by the original ActiveHome Pro Application. For me that continues unchanged. What Active Home Vista has done is to provide me with an interface that allows my Android Smart Phone to control the system |
[2012-12-05] A Google User: AHV Very impressive program and helpful support . It does need a manual but is reasonably easy to figure out. |
[2012-12-01] A Google User: Great x10 app This is a great app to add to your x10 network. Best part is it's free! I donated because I liked it so much. First time I spent money on an app! |
[2012-11-20] A Google User: Very nice Works properly, support is amazing, the widget is very useful. |
[2012-11-03] A Google User: Awesome! Okay it took a minute to set up but oh boy is it good! You NEED the free software on your PC! Documentation leaves a bit too be desired but hey its all free. With NFC this can really cook. The widgets really are exceptional too. |
[2012-08-11] A Google User: Nicos Still has some bugs! |
[2012-08-11] A Google User: Reaction on Nicos (Isaiah) Please contact the developer (me) if you encounter some bugs. Only reporting there are bugs is not helping anyone. |
[2012-07-30] A Google User: Excellent App and Server Software! This App works in conjunction with Server software that you install on the PC that your X10 module is connected to. The Server software is better than X10's own Active Home Pro IMHO. And since X10 doesn't even have a native Android App this is the perfect solution. X10 makes a very neat and inexpensive product, but their software support is terrible. This provides the missing link. The developer is very responsive and helpful with any issues. This app also provides widgets that allow you to quickly control different devices from and of your Android home screens. I have widgets that control my garage door and turn off all downstairs lights before bed...very convenient! |
[2012-07-21] A Google User: Great software that simply works Easy to set up & saves on money spent on extra controllers. |
[2012-07-16] A Google User: Works very well I had a small issue, contacted developer, issue resolved. What else can i say. |
[2012-07-05] A Google User: Works Great Interface is bland but for a free app that works so smoothly, its not a big deal. Thanks for not putting ads in it! |
[2012-07-04] A Google User: Great software & great support!!! Had an issue with port forwarding and contacted Arjan by e-mail: Fast response and quick solution!! |
[2012-07-03] A Google User: Just What I Was Looking For Very useful app working very well with my Windows Home Server v1 & my HTC 1X. |
[2012-06-25] A Google User: Connecting... Its stuck on "connecting" with my gnex and isy99i |
[2012-06-24] A Google User: Awesome Works great |
[2012-06-10] A Google User: Best I've found Works great once it is set up. Forward to port 10101 if you are using a firewall/router. I like the ability to load your own pictures for icons. Worked great with my CM15a. Looking forward to future updates! |
[2012-05-16] A Google User: Really works Took time to figure out how to set up and forward ports from my router but now it works and I can control my house over 3G. Awesome! |
[2012-05-12] A Google User: Great! Worked as expected.. best of all it is FREE! |
[2012-04-30] A Google User: GREAT APP ! Found this app and the pc client program by accident. Works GREAT on Android phone and my Windows 7 PC. Developer is very quick to respond by email for any problems setting this up. |
[2012-04-25] A Google User: Very useful app, a must for X10ers It works like a charm with my old X10 CM11A, and the Active Home Vista hosting on Windows Server 2008 64bit. It would be appreciated if you could provide more docs regarding setup and installation. |
[2012-02-23] A Google User: Awesome app. I use it to open and close my garage, and with a widget on the homescreen on my droid, I can open my garage door blocks before I get to my house! |
[2012-01-14] A Google User: Excellent! Works GREAT with my DroidX2 ! Now I'm able to monitor motion detectors, monitor and change the states of a multitude of X10 modules, AND mess with my cat ;) ... all while being away from home. I've also, with the help of the developer (Thanks Arjan!), managed to input the correct LAN address to enable my Wi-Fi connection with the PC version of AHV while I'm at home. [I was using the default gateway address when I should've been using the "preferred" IPV4 addy.] My cellphone is now my most advanced X10 controller in the house! This is definitely a must-have for anyone using X10 in their home automation schemes. I've got some timers set up, and they've been working flawlessly. Can't wait to tryout more macros. Clearly an app that has had a lot of attention to detail put into it. And it is continuing to be upgraded! Thanks again for the timely replies to my questions/suggestions! Keep up the good work! |

[2011-10-07] Arjan van der Hoogt: Some confusion Version 1.11 resulted in some confusion regarding passwords. Note that there are 2 separate passwords: the web server password and the Active Home Vista server password. Both can be entered in the Options window in the PC application, in the Web server and Communication tab respectively. Hope this helps! |
[2011-10-06] Erstam: Love it Awesome app |

[2011-04-04] A Google User: Be careful Never got this to do anything but flash "Connecting." When I followed directions on web site to download more software to my PC, it screwed up my current Active Home Pro so bad, I had to run a complete uninstall and re-install. |
[2011-04-04] A Google User: Fantastic X10 remote application! By far the best x10 application in the Market and it's free. The developer put in extra features I requested. |
