Accelerometer (v. 1.26) Разработано Alexander Ponomarev |
Very functional application to work with accelerometer. Combines everything that most other apps have representing powerful all-in-one tool for research and fun. It includes:
- G-Force displaying screen. A point-like chart moving from left to right, from top to bottom under the gforce.
- Chart with ability to collect huge amount of data with different refresh rate, save and load it.
- Acceleration Speedometer. First speedometer based just on lateral and frontal acceleration forces. It uses accelerometer to calculate speed. You can measure the speed of such vehicles like metro, where GPS navigation does not work.
Feel free to write feedback messages to alexander.ponomarev.1@gmail.com, it will help me to improve the application
KW: g meter, g force meter

[2012-11-25] A Google User: Better free options in play store. Didn't like was not accurate compared to apps I have tested using equipment outside of my tablet to test and calibrate. |
[2012-11-22] A Google User: Lc Lonelyyy |
[2012-10-03] A Google User: Better than Accelomrter Monitor hands down! Unlike AM, -It has an actual graph that saves and loads, (unlike AM that only loads a txt file log), -you can pan, and zoom on the graph. |
[2012-09-26] A Google User: Very cool Very cool |
[2012-09-21] A Google User: G Meter Works great in the car, measures turning and breaking forces. |
[2012-09-02] A Google User: A good app My work involves the use of accelerometers & this is the best app I've used so far. Haven't found a problem yet. |
[2012-08-04] A Google User: Basic meter that tries a little too hard The speedometer is interesting but useless on hills. The graphs are a little confusing. But the tool does what it says otherwise. Not bad. The "always >1" issue its to be expected because you are measuring the acceleration of gravity. |
[2012-07-28] A Google User: Nice little app, some problems The graph is confusing. The Y, X and Z values seem to be interrelated with the pitch and roll perhaps some explication would clarify, and i just do not understand. I would have thought X, Y and Z would be the acceleration in each vector, but, tilting the device and holding it in position yields values > 0 related to the angle of the tilt. I have not tried the speedometer. |

[2012-07-22] A Google User: Great tool! Very helpful for understand how the android accelerometer sensor works. |
[2012-07-15] A Google User: This app sucks! Going 81Mph and it told me we were going 350Mph. This app is the worst piece of crap i have loaded my phone with. Dont download!!! |
[2012-05-09] A Google User: Nice no nonsense app. Really functional well built app. Be good if you could use accelerometer function to measure short distances as a virtual ruler. |
[2012-04-28] A Google User: Not any good. In my opinion not a true accelerametor. Still shows the effect of gravity so you can not get a true read out of an implied event. |
[2012-04-24] A Google User: Drained my battery Had to force close. |
[2012-04-16] A Google User: Hahaha i bet this guys a glass eating, aluminum foil cap wearin nutjob.... Get a load of the speedometer lmao!?!?! |
[2012-04-10] A Google User: Why?!? Droid Razr did not support landscape mode. (For use of graph and point NOT speed). Landscape support would be awesome, I love the app just hate having it not work in my car dock. 4 star foh u |
[2012-04-08] A Google User: Samsung galaxy ace My apartment seems to be moving in the wind. |
[2012-04-04] A Google User: Neat app Does what it says will do! I like it. Would be useful for another developer for testing. |
[2012-03-31] A Google User: Great Jus speed up the sensor rate. It's jolted but reads all movements. Tried it on other phones...all slow in graph mode |
[2012-02-26] A Google User: Rarely gives an accurate speed, struggles to find reliable gps location for some reason when other apps do |
[2012-02-06] A Google User: Hmm I left my fone on bed and apparently its moving over 80 kmph! |
[2012-01-26] A Google User: Nice app Running smoothly on my device. But it would be better if user can input their own refresh rate. E.g 100 Hz. |
[2012-01-25] A Google User: Yes! The usual Eastern European quality and creativity in software. Simply the easiest, most useful and coolest accelerometers I've tested. |
[2012-01-23] A Google User: Thanks Very cool app |
[2012-01-19] A Google User: Brilliant We use this in boxing to study conservation of momentum. Thanks for the great app |
[2012-01-07] A Google User: Great Exactly what I was wanted. Thanks for making a free version |
[2011-12-30] A Google User: Great app. Definitely recommended!!! |
[2011-12-30] A Google User: Nice! Just what I wanted. Raw output is nice. |
[2011-12-27] A Google User: Beep harmlessly force closes on Nexus |
[2011-12-15] A Google User: Good App does what it's meant to do so I'm happy with it! |
[2011-12-02] A Google User: Ok really like the idea but, place it on the floor and I realize that never had a straight line. That means my floor is not stable?... Slight touch of my fingers and had 350 Klm speed and I stop it it was going for more ,or I'm Superman.any way needs fixing.4* only for the idea |
[2011-11-09] A Google User: Sweet! Simple little app with easy controls. Works great. The csv export is an awesome feature. Good work. :) |
[2011-10-25] A Google User: Keep increasing non-stop. W8 |
[2011-10-24] A Google User: Speedometer Just after you press initialize, it just begins counting up even at standstill. HTC wildfire. |
[2011-10-24] A Google User: Speed measurement does not work. After initialising it, speed meter starts counting non stop, counting even when stationey. Uninstalled. Xperia Mini |
[2011-10-11] A Google User: Zero option Needs a "zero" option .....my phone rests at an angle on my motorcycle |
[2011-10-02] A Google User: Good application Good application, can record and load data. The best graph among others. |
[2011-09-25] A Google User: Awesome app. Inspired me to try location tracking. Wish I could fork it on github :-) |
[2011-09-18] A Google User: App works Fun app. I'm looking at application to the mechanic feild. It has helped determine vibrations in a vehicle and to show Improvement to the customer. |

[2011-06-13] A Google User: Does what it says on the tin. Quick and helpful reply dev. You are limited by the performance of the sensor in your phone. HTC desire max =2g |

[2011-06-10] A Google User: Fun to play with, nice for data while driving. Would be nice if could calibrate to zero for when phone isn't sitting level. |
