Works like a charm on Virgin Mobile HTC EVO V It's a widget you idiots! YOU TAP AND HOLD ON YOUR HOME SCREEN AND SELECT WIDGET. Also, it takes a while to start because the 4G radio takes a while to initialize. It's not the developer's fault.
