Network Tracker is an application that tracks your data connectivity and also the WIFI/GSM/CDMA network type.

It provides a statistics showing how long your mobile network data is connected, disconnected, connecting and suspended. It also shows you statistics on which WIFI/GSM/CDMA protocol your phone is.

This application can be used for testing which radio, telco/provider/carrier, or which phone provides the best data connectivity and data services.

Battery Spy Full License (v. 1.1)

This companion application provides the full software license for your installed version of Battery Spy. Please do not install this application unless you have been directed here from the Battery Spy About screen. Note that this is not a stand alone application and does not have a corresponding icon in the launcher. Please follow the steps outlined below to unlock Battery Spy.

Upon completion of the trial period, Battery Spy will display an About screen on start up that will ask whether you would like to purchase the full software license. Clicking the Purchase License button on the About screen will take you to this market application.

Perform the following steps to unlock your installed version of Battery Spy:

1. Purchase this full license companion application
2. Install the application. You don't need to run the application; and it will not be shown as an icon in the launcher
3. Go back to the Battery Spy About screen to authenticate your full software license with the Android Market licensing service
4. The results of the authentication process will be displayed on the Battery Spy About screen

If your license was not successfully authenticated, please follow the directions displayed on the About screen. Contact customer service if you are not able to authenticate the software license successfully and we will walk you through the process.

PLEASE NOTE: The Android Market licensing service requires that your full software license be periodically authenticated. The frequency is determined by the licensing server. In order to keep your full software license valid, this application must always accompany your installed version of Battery Spy.

Maybe you know this situation: Your phones lays on your desk, you're in the kitchen and you get called. You do not hear your ring and when you come back to your desk, you don't notice that you were called because your device has no notification LED (and you're not using NoLED)...

Therefore I made another small app, called "Vibration Notifier" which does the following:
When you have a missed call, unread SMS or any other event*, the app keeps vibrating every X minutes for Y times or until you turn on the display of your device.

If you think the app doesn't work on your device: That's very, very unlikly. Please click on the question mark icon in the app to see common issues and how they can be resolved. Don't give bad reviews just because you don't know how to use it...

* all apps which notify you about new events by showing a notification in the Android status bar are supported, like WhatsApp, GoogleTalk, Twitter, facebook,...

To be noticed about events from other apps, you need to add the app in the accessibility settings. I can understand that some people are scared by the "the app can read all your personal information" warning, but the app doesn't have the internet-permission - so even if it would collect your personal information (which it doesnt) it wouldnt be able to send them to anyone.


Permissions:
VIBRATE - obviously necessary to enable the "vibrate every X min" feature
READ_PHONE_STATE - needed to detect missed calls
RECEIVE_SMS & READ_SMS - needed to detect unread SMS
WAKE_LOCK - seems like this is needed on some device to avoid infinite vibrating

This app allows you to easily view all your preferred apps for various url patterns and mime types and provides quick linkage to clear the defaults. For example, if you download a second web browser and check the "Make default" box when clicking a link, you will never get asked again which browser you want to open when clicking links. When you find and clear the default you will again be able to select which browser you want to open and make it the default if you'd like.
