Excellent.. I find this app as an excellent... Google maps has its issues.. with no more than 5 maps as offline, I think this is better replacement.

A little less lost :-) This app helped me find my way in the sprawling alleyways of Marrakech. The ability to mark waypoints, and show previous tracks on the map, is very useful. Also, the variety of free map sources is great (openstreetmaps is surprisingly good). The cost of this app is relatively cheap compared to others in this category - definitely worth buying to support the developers.

Great app with access to free maps Had a few minor difficulties with passwords setting up an account on the website, but support was good and got it sorted. Needs times and ability to modify recorded trails - I'm sure these improvements will come to an already great app.

Great map tool Easy to use. I recommend a 16gb sd card at the least just to make sure you have enough room. Easy to download offline maps, tells you how much data it will use while you're selecting the area. Has plenty of map sources too. You will never get lost in the woods again as long as you downloaded the map for that area. Looking forward to sweet new updates, it just keeps getting better.

Tracks, offline maps, support. I use this for cycling. OpenBikeMaps. It is easy to create and use offline maps of the areas that I am interested in before I go. There are heaps of maps to choose from. I had a problem with splitting tracks with another program. The author quickly diagnosed, gave a circumvention, and hopes to prevent the problem in the future (hours). And the problem was the *other* guy! Money well spent on the Pro license!

Excellent Best I have found having tried a number. The free option will show it's worth but I recommend taking the very reasonable bought option that allows storing offline maps as by definition you often don't have good signal when you most need a map. Love the way it integrates so many maps. The help its excellent take time to read it as you will find many useful features that you could miss. Thanks to the developers for a great application.

Using Galaxy Nexus i9250 ► great app! I have never used a GPS nor moving maps and such before in my life. This app is very intuitive to use. Secondly, it seems to fulfill all my current needs with off line maps, and easy management of waypoints, routes and tracks. I love it so far. Cannot believe it's a free app actually. Thank you, developers, for providing this.

Very convenient! Extremely easy to use and works very well indeed. The map selection is excellent and makes flipping between providers trivial. Allows export as gpx so can be loaded into My Tracks for Google Earth fly-bys.

Excellent app except 1 issue I love how the app works, it's excellent integration into Google Maps and its user friendly interface. It has some very interesting options and the ability to download other people's trails off the Internet seems like it could be a fun feature. However, when I checked my sd card after 4 hours of use and only on two city streets the application had stored 86 megabytes of data and 1100 files on my card. There's gotta be a better way.

TERRIFIC I installed the free version and then I purchased the full version, Samsung Galaxy S3. This mapping/navigation app works very well. I contacted the developer with a question and the response was immediate and courteous, with detailed information. Very satisfied with this app. Very responsive with a good variety of settings options. This app can also be used with Canadian Toporama maps. Highly recommended. A++

Excellent mapping app: This is the one you want... What Leon said. This app is exactly what I was looking for. It's an excellent way to access map content and flip between different maps of the same location. Very nicely designed and laid out. Works flawlessly on the Nexus 7. I had an issue relating to a subscription on IGN maps, and the developer sorted it out straight away and made sure I was happy in real time. No hesitation in recommending this app. This is the one to get.

My trails, verey good Have been uesing my trails and am verey happy. If you are looking for a waypoint plotter and multiple map overlays, this one works. Nothing beats a map and compass, but my trail is nice. The maps cant be used offline, however, the waypoits will still appear on a blanc screen based on gps. If you have a topo with you your waypoints can be tranferd to your paper map. If you load a map befor leaving cell service and keep it centered on screen you can use it off line. Overall for 3 dollars its great,

Why pay for something which is free elsewhere The My Trails Android map and tracking app seems to be quite decently written. It is a bit slow to load but gives a reasonable map view when it does. My main concern is that this app encourages users to subscribe to services and data which are freely provided elsewhere. For example, the weekly and yearly subscription to OS 25K and 50K landranger maps. For the past two years this data has been released free by OS. For £1.99 flat fee, OS Map gives the whole of the OS data set down to the detail I expect from rambling maps. For navigation and driving Google Maps also does it for free. The only plus I can think of is that outside the UK it may be easier to pay for mapping data rather than hunt for it yourself. But I cannot see many British smartphone owners running up their data bills abroad anyway.

Brilliant I used this walking in mountains in Bulgaria. Downloaded free map to use off-line in a few minutes and was able to navigate really well with no phone charges. At home in Lake district use off line OS map at £2 a year great for walking and mountain biking. Would like record of total height gain on tracks in future version

Not good I have tried to figure out how to download an offline map for when I hike in the outback to no avail. It took me 3 days to figure out it would only do so on WiFi. Which in the end still did not work. I cannot figure out where the offline maps are stored. It has frozen on me several times and have to force stop. The stats are poorly displayed. Without a magnifing glass I cannot see the numbers at the top. When I did finally get the GPS to work it would leave a waypoint everytime I stopped regardless if I wanted one or not. And in the middle of a hike it just stopped tracking even tho the recording still showed. Also, It automatically starts tracking when I turn it on and I cannot turn it off......

Loved it I really loved it. Is small fast does what i want, easy to use yet powerfull. Only 1 or 2 clicks to do what you want. much more useful than other tools. Uses 3 times less battery. Map creation is simple, quick, effective. Only disapointment is the limit of tiles for the free version. But is more than enough for traveling from one city to another. It forces you to be organized with your downloaded maps. Could use more servers for upload but gpx file is more than enough. Thanks for this soft buddy

Great app! PRO version works great for downloading large offline maps, which is exactly what I needed. Would like the option to disable GPS - my tablet doesn't have GPS and I don't care for the prompts and background process. Other than that it's fantastic and I've been impressed by the level of support. Error log submitted, problem diagnosed and fixed via BETA APK within 1 day. Very refreshing compared to some DEVs.
