Judo Throws Vol. 2 is the 2nd in the series from Judo Sensei Brent Goodall & Tauasa Timoteo. They are 3rd degree(Sandan) Judo black belts as well as being World Masters and National champ.
Covers 24 techniques which can be used in Judo, BJJ or MMA.
