Hopes dashed... I got excited for a minute because the App reappeared in the Market instead of saying "not compatible with your device" (Gingerbread Android). Market app let me find and download it again, but still can't login. :-/ It lets me in actually, and downloads the courses, then it boots me out and says "login failed." Hopefully a fix is on the way!!

Up and running - great support Having warned people earlier about an issue with the app, I thought it only fair to say that support have been brilliant in following up my complaint and fixing the issue which appears to have been affecting a lot of other users. Now I have had a chance to use the app, it gets my 5 star vote!

Login not working on EVO after gingerbread upgrade I updated my Sprint EVO to gingerbread today, and I'm having the same problem as Chris, Garry, CaneMan, sopel, Beau, and Nathan. Great app prior to my upgrade, but completely useless now. Be warned if you are running Android 2.3.

Issue #1. As prev commenter said, 3 shots per round the gps does not give accurate numbers and your waiting for it to refresh. Very annoying.

Potentially good app but can't rely on yardages. You will have about 3 or 4 shots per round where the yardage isn't updating, or is extremely slow to update. I've emailed golfshot twice regarding this problem but they don't reply. There is no phone number on their website. My rating: application potential: 5 stars; actual on course experience: 3 stars; customer support 1 star.

This is one great piece of software. GPS yardages are dead on & the stats are awesome. The scorekeeping is slow and made my game worse. Overall great.

Best Golf GPS app by far I've tried FreeCaddie Pro, SkyDroid, the Golf Digest GPS app and GolfLogix. This app is far-and-away the best, and well worth the money. Every other app had my battery dying by the 15th hole. With GolfShot, I finish my round with lots of battery life to spare. The ability to customize lay-up distances and to track statistics (of you and your playing partners) are great features. PLUS, the numbers are easy to read: important for us middle-aged hackers.

FAST course update I sent Golfshot the scanned card from my home course plus coordinates of two greens that have been changed. Overnight, they made all the corrections and it is now up to date.
